Are seats in the MRCPI II OSCE exam limited?

If the number of applications for this exam exceeds the number of places available, it is not allocated for this exam based on application date. Obviously, it has not first come, first serve basis.

What are the entry requirements?

You must have passed the MRCPI Obstetrics and Gynecology Part II written exam within the past three years.

What is the application fee for OSCE?

The fee to sit Part II OSCE/Clinical exam is €845 for Irish examinations and €1460 for examinations outside of Ireland (it is subject to change based on t&c).

What do I include with my application?

No documentation is needed for this application, unless you are applying on the basis of exemption, in which case you will be asked to upload a copy of your exemption qualification.

Is there a limit on the number of times you can take the MRCPI 2 OSCE exam?

The maximum number of times a candidate can sit in the OSCE part is 6 times, but within a duration of 3 years.
